Assembly & Testing

Attention to in-house procedures ensures every MPC-produced component and system is assembled using the same high standards throughout every stage of its manufacture. MPC Products maintains complete facilities for assembly and testing within its own facilities. All of the equipment needed to assemble MPC's components and systems are located in-house. Each product line employs skilled personnel to assemble MPC-designed and -manufactured components and install these components into systems. In addition, MPC's own test equipment group designs, constructs and assembles all fix turing and support electronics required to fulfill all laboratory demonstration requirements. This special test equipment also functions as the interface to various pieces of test equipment, such as vibration tables. MPC's technicians then use this equipment to perform a full, customer-approved acceptance test after assembly is complete. MPC incorporates many design features to quickly fault-isolate any component failures, and if a fault is detected, the unit may be quickly bench-checked to isolate the failed component.
