Your documents, prints, and procedures are used to build your products. We are AS9100 & ISO9001:2000 certified, and our AS and ISO procedures apply to all aspects of our production. These procedures ensure that you receive product meeting all your requirements. We use your drawings and process instructions. Documents are controlled under an electronic Document Control System Work instructions and Final Assembly drawings are created ISO Standards and Procedures apply to all aspects of production Build To Print has experience working closely with customers We also use your Approved Sources for Secondary Processes, or our own, whichever you prefer. You retain complete control over your product. We provide you with a complete product that is: Fully Fabricated Processed Assembled Acceptance Tested Simply bolt it in place, and it's ready to go. In addition to supplying new product, Build to Print provides overhaul and refurbishment services. Units are completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Worn or damaged parts are replaced, protective finishes are re-applied, and the unit is re-assembled. We perform full Acceptance Testing to ensure the unit meets or exceeds customer requirements. The unit is warranted to ensure your satisfaction. We also have experience reverse-engineering units requiring repair parts that are no longer available.
