Build-to-Print is an outsourcing service specializing in providing customer designed products. The staff of the Build to Print Division has over 100 years of combined Manufacturing and Aerospace experience. We work closely with our customers, and offer our experience to assist you with your manufacturing needs. The Build to Print Division offers our customers extensive capabilities including: Precision Sheet Metal Assembly Riveting: Percussion, Compression, and Blind Bonding Mechanical Assembly Wiring Harnesses and Electrical termination Complete range of Electrical and Mechanical Testing Assembly in Clean Atmosphere flow booth We also utilize the complete resources of Woodward MPC to supply you with the product you need. This includes: Motor Component Winding Environmental Testing Quality Control Complete Inspection Fabrication of Piece Parts: CNC Jig Boring, Milling, Turning and Swiss CNC Grinding Gear hobbing and shaping Hardening Processing and Finishing: Chromate Conversion Passivation Spray Painting Powder Coating Laser Welding In addition to supplying new product, Build to Print provides overhaul and refurbishment services. Units are completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Worn or damaged parts are replaced, protective finishes are re-applied, and the unit is re-assembled. We perform full Acceptance Testing to ensure the unit meets or exceeds customer requirements. The unit is warranted to ensure your satisfaction. We have experience reverse-engineering units requiring repair parts that are no longer available. This allows our customers to continue using product well into the future.
