Manufacturing

The manufacture of every Woodward MPC component starts in our own dedicated fabrication and piece-part machine shops. Our fabrication and machine shops provide complete in-house manufacturing capabilities for the integral subassemblies of our components and end items. Machining operations, heat treating, welding for motors and sensors and all gear manufacture are carried out within our completely equipped shops. We also manufacture and assemble hybrid electronic circuits and solder discrete circuits in accordance with the most demanding weapons specifications. Woodward MPC's in-house manufacture of components supports corporate objectives of providing low prices and reliable deliveries. Woodward MPC does not have to depend on outside suppliers to design or supply critical subassemblies, which ensures you'll receive high-quality end items delivered on time. Woodward MPC maintains a variety of precision machining equipment, including: Turning Machines Milling Machines Electrical Discharge Machines Grinding Machines Gear Cutting Machines Long-term investment in our fabrication and machining facilities gives us the ability to control all aspects of our manufacturing process.
