MPC prides itself on over 40 years of supplying quality hardware for the aerospace industry. Our staff of over 200 engineers helps make it happen. Areas of engineering include design, project, manufacturing, reliability & maintainability, automation, quality, and environmental. All levels of engineering are involved in company projects. We are the right size to provide personalized attention, and you benefit from valuable hands-on experience. MPC maintains high-quality design standards and is certified for compliance to AS9100 & ISO9001:2000 Certified. quality procedures, as well as the individual quality standards of many aerospace companies. MPC promotes a team atmosphere - in as well as out of the work environment. Throughout the year, MPC hosts numerous parties including the Christmas Dinner Dance, the Awards Dinner, the annual Summer Picnic for employees and their families, and various other parties. MPC also sponsors a wide array of athletic activities - from the bowling league to the golf and volleyball leagues. Philanthropic activities such as the March of Dimes walk and clothing drives receive company-wide participation. MPC Products offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, tuition reimbursement, and profit sharing. MPC Products feel it is extremely important to contribute to children's interest in science and engineering. In that light, we annually are an active participant and sponsor in the National High School Robotics Competition. We also designed and manufactured two full scale Flight Simulators, one of which was donated to the Challenger Learning Center for Science and Technology in Woodstock, Illinois for space camp for children. It remains there as a permanent exhibit for the education and enjoyment of students visiting the center. The other simulator is located at our facility in Skokie, Illinois.
